In Part 4 of the Linguaskill General Speaking test, a visual chart, table, or diagram will be presented to you and you'll be asked to perform a speaking task based on the visual. Like Part 3, Part 4 contributes 20% to the total points of your final Speaking test score.

At first glance, an unprepared candidate will likely find Part 4 to be the most challenging section of the Linguaskill General Speaking test. Not only is the candidate expected to process a relatively large number of information in a short span of time, the candidate is also expected to use these information in an accurate and meaningful way, while having to express them via the form of opinions at the same time.
You will need good vocabulary to tackle questions in Part 4. Thankfully, we have Skills Express to help us. However, once you learn this simple strategy, you should find questions in Part 4 to be no problem at all. As usual, let's start by understanding Part 4's time constraints.
Just like previous parts, you'll first listen to a set of instructions.
After that, the visual and a few prompts will be displayed on the screen. You will be given 1 minute to process the visual and think about what you are going to say.
Finally, you will be given 1 minute to complete the speaking task.

You should structure your thinking by focusing purely on these vocabulary items when you are processing the visual information. Do not get overwhelemed by the amount of information presented to you! You do not need to speak about every location, item, or possibility shown in the visual. All you need to do is to just pick one that comes most naturally to you.
